Lead Coaches:
Must have extensive coaching and/or teaching experience and the ability to oversee, delegate and manage a team of 3 coaches.
Must be great with kids and have an engaging and fun personality.
Must have a love for the game of basketball and the desire and ability to be highly active while demonstrating and participating in back to back classes.

Youth Mentorship Development Program:
Our youth mentorship development program is a program that gives young aspiring leaders an opportunity to grow in the area of coaching and leadership. Successful candidates for this program will be given the opportunity to work alongside our Assistant and Lead Coaches and will be given various tasks which will help them develop into future little BALLERS coaches.
Candidates must be between the ages of 13 and 15 to apply for this position.
Must work well with others, take directions well, and be good communicators.
Must engage kids with a fun and warm demeanour and have an outgoing personality.
Must have a strong desire to grow in the area of coaching and leadership
