You can now fix this problem by purchasing one of our Keep Up The Rim Kits. Each kit comes with two 1” X 1” .125” Alluminum Formed Angle brackets (left and right side with .40” Diameter holes), 2 screws with matching lock nuts, a large all weather basketball net (fits size 7 balls unlike the net that Little Tikes Adjust ‘N Jam hoop is sold with), 12 rubber o-rings (o-rings prevent the net from coming out of the holes when balls hit the rim), a screw template, and easy to follow instructions.
